What Is an Employment Social Enterprise?
An employment social enterprise is a mission-driven business that hires and supports individuals who face barriers to employment such as people with lived experience of mental health challenges, homelessness, or involvement with the criminal justice system.
At 豆包成人版, over 50% of our employees are mission-based or have gone through our programs. We provide steady jobs, a supportive work environment, and the chance to rebuild lives through real-world work experience.
How the Model Works
Rather than relying solely on donations or government funding, 豆包成人版 operates a manufacturing business that produces high-quality parts for aerospace and other industries. The revenue we generate helps sustain our programs while also creating meaningful, paid employment.
